tuesday

i know it's thursday, and all of these other things have happened since i last posted, but the most exciting day so far this week was tuesday. SO.

lets see.. it was late start, so we did the frittata thing. (i am almost positive that this is how you spell it and that everyone else has thus far spelled it oddly.) yes. i am now positive since i looked up on merriam-webster.com... what a nifty site! =]
then drooooove to school behind a large bus thing.
did the whole school majigger (which was mostly about wasc. we're becoming obsessed with this as a school. it's a big deal, but not that big of a deal that we needed to spend all day discussing action goals and eslrs. ahh bureaucracy).
and then i took my brother and david (kid i carpool) and alex to my house.
picked up gas money and allowance money.
then went with alex to get gas (almost missed the gas station and then almost got hit by a car. you know how when you go driving, you always see that one crazy person doing crazy things and you try to avoid them while you're driving? it turns out that instead of being the person who witnesses it every time, i'm the person doing the crazies. -_-" sadly.)
then went to barnes to look up Ros&Guild. they didnt have it. :[
So i went to borders. looked in the wrong section for it and then got helped by a very nice indian guy (he had a slight accent, which i thought was cool. cuz indian accents, when they're heavy, can be hard to understand. but his was just enough to be like "woah you have an accent!" and not be like "woah! your accent makes it impossible for me to understand what you're saying!")
they also didnt have it. so the nice indian guy reserved a copy for me up in pv.
So i took alex home and then went up to pv by myself. i think i'm starting to enjoy driving alone. it gives me time to think. when i first started driving i HATED being by myself. i always needed someone to be like.. next to me so i could talk to them. but now i like to focus on like.. driving.
went to pv, bought a couple of moleskins (yay! my first ones!) and then went to buy my copy of R&G.
remembered that i had to get one for audrey too, so the lady made me get in the nonexistant line again... i think that she could technically have gotten it for me, but she was like. "it's over there. go get it yourself" no worries. i'd have done the same thing. way to go kindred lazy spirit! but yeah.. i was annoyed with her facial expressions of like.. "WHAT."
drove back down to sayo's house... called john and put him on speaker. he just woke up from a nap and told us about his crazy dream. it was all in spanish. hahahaha. and it was all indiana jones style. ^^
went home after lounging with sayo...
and then read R&G. it was entertaining, but i got kinda bored and fell asleep. ended up taking a looooooooong nap.
soooooo. yeah. talked to john on the telephono. and then went to bed. =]

that was my tuesday. not that exciting i'll admit, but sadly it is the most excitement i've had in a while. and so i have posted about it.
